With 20+ years of experience delivering infrastructure, digital transformation, and security maturity across global organisations in APAC, the UK, and the US, Gareth brings enterprise-grade cybersecurity leadership to growing businesses.
He built his foundation within a high-growth international financial services BPO serving regulated markets across multiple regions. As the organisation scaled from 400 to 8,000 employees, he led global infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance transformation—maturing the environment to comply with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS whilst enabling rapid commercial growth.
His experience includes enterprise organisations in Singapore’s highly regulated landscape, where technology, risk, and compliance were central to business strategy.
He has led real-world crisis recoveries, including rebuilding operations after catastrophic infrastructure loss and steering an SME through a major cyber breach—reinforcing his belief that resilience must be engineered before an incident, not during one.
He founded HOLF Security to bring enterprise discipline and crisis-tested security maturity to the SME market at a commercially sensible level.
